Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain the general ledger and oversee all aspects of financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) regulations.
Ensure prompt submission of tax returns and statutory payments as per regulatory and compliance standards.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor and report on variances, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
Enforce company financial policies and controls. Identify and address potential financial risks through consistent oversight and audit readiness. Manage petty cash, staff advances, and reconciliations.
Support inventory valuation and costing processes in coordination with supply chain teams.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and optimize resource utilization.
