In this role, you will be responsible for taking the lead as the Product Owner and providing vision and direction to the Agile development team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and prioritizing the product feature backlog and development. - Assessing value, developing cases, stories, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value. - Working closely with management to maintain a product backlog according to business value. - Leading the planning of product release plans and setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities. - Providing an active role in mitigating roadblocks impacting successful team completion of deployments. - Researching and analyzing the markets, the users, and the roadmap for the product. - Following competitors and other products related to your portfolio. In addition to the above, you will also be involved in: - Managing a backlog of global priorities across multiple stakeholders and departments. - Maintaining a release plan and high-level roadmap providing insight to stakeholders of upcoming development. - Planning product launches and designing product solutions. - Identifying key product developments and analyzing risks and cost-benefit ratios. - Managing product user experience (UX) and staying up to date in terms of digital product best practices. - Managing product upgrades or deletions. Furthermore, your role will include: - Writing user stories and use cases. - Documenting product usage, defining the test strategy, and validating the product. - Working with Business Analyst in product-need matching and helping with functional analysis. - Measuring product deployment success and applying product adaptations. - Documenting product usage workarounds and staying up to date with the latest capabilities and features available on the platform. You will also be responsible for: - Supporting product training and troubleshooting product usage problems. - Helping with change management and continuously reviewing and analyzing competitive products. - Comparing product performance with competitive solutions and training yourself in related product categories. - Building comparative presentations to showcase product benchmarking.,
