As part of EY's Business Consulting team, you will leverage your expertise to assist major financial institutions in aligning their operational models and infrastructure with their strategic goals. By working with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing proven methodologies and tools, and tapping into EY's extensive global network, you will deliver valuable insights and trusted advice to clients. Service offerings include finance function transformation, customer and distribution effectiveness, operations, shared services, performance management, risk management, and regulatory change. Your key responsibilities will involve driving added value within finance functions as markets evolve, enhancing functional efficiencies, and reshaping the role of finance within client businesses. Working in high-performing teams, you will develop innovative strategies to optimize people, processes, and systems. To qualify for this role, you are required to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, ideally including a year in business consulting at a leading consultancy firm. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles. Additionally, you should be a qualified or part-qualified accountant or financial analyst with strong business acumen in the financial sector, particularly in enterprise performance management and finance transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience working within ASEAN, possess strong stakeholder management skills, demonstrate the ability to identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts.
