Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the finance team and ensure the completion of all general ledger-related tasks.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of all balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve any variances.
  • Maintain prepaid schedules and perform monthly analysis to ensure accurate recording and amortization of prepaid expenses.
  • Conduct variance analysis on key expense and revenue accounts to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure accruals and expenses are accounted for appropriately in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enforce compliance with Firms financial, operating policies/procedures, and SOX requirements.
  • Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, including preparing financial statements and schedules.
  • Drive finance process improvement initiatives to improve process efficiency and standardization.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
