Job Description

Service Delivery responsible for end-to-end delivery of timely and accurate finance and accounting services through-out AP, Financial Reporting and FP&A within defined SLA s and act as a main point of contact for the incumbent finance team.
Management of the finance team - Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. .
Establishing with the current finance team key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance, and continuous monitoring of same.
Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing automation, and driving efficiency gains within the shared service centre.
ERP software system assist in process improvements of current ERP system and maintenance of same.
Monitoring and analysis of service delivery costs with budget and year-on-year comparison
Manage multiple stakeholders - prepare month end reporting pack across numerous reporting centres;
Build solid relationships with both external and internal stakeholder to foster collaboration and best practice.
Ensuring all financial activities in India are in compliance with local regulations, including income tax assessments, service tax returns, and other relevant filings
Ad hoc projects as required Business partner the company through this process

Qualification/skills needed:

Qualified Accountant with 5 years + in a similar role in a fast paced company
People management experience within a shared services environment
Organized and strong planning ability essential along with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and report writing skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Office in particular advanced Excel essential
Strong Financial analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach towards business issues
Self-motivation capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.
