Finance Reporting Administrator

Role Overview

As a Finance Reporting Administrator, you will play a critical role in revenue reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and streamlining processes to support the organisation s overall financial health. You will ensure accuracy, reconcile data from multiple sources, and produce transparent reports that provide leadership with clear insights into each team s contribution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to generate reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports summarising performance, including revenue by channel.
• Access affiliate program dashboards to extract relevant data such as clicks, conversions, commissions, and other key performance indicators.
• Manage and maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with established accounting standards.
• Reconcile revenue data with invoices, affiliate dashboards, and internal records; resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and post revenue-related journals in NetSuite.
• Assist in creating financial reports for management, providing insights into the company s performance and presenting actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing financial documentation, explanations, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance, operations, and other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support the business with revenue-related items as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and finance roles, with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex data into a clear business context.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data reconciliation.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive process improvements.
• Strong understanding of revenue models in affiliate marketing. (Desirable)
• Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software and its modules, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation functions. (Desirable)

  Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred).
