In this role at Agoda, you will have the opportunity to lead finance process owners across multiple functions such as R2R, O2C, and P2P to drive business transformation and enhance workflows. Your responsibilities will include identifying process improvement opportunities, designing methodologies for process assessments, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. You will also collaborate with stakeholders, lead discussions, and work with Fintech teams on implementing digital solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring the success of process improvements and coaching team members on finance optimization projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead finance process owners to drive business transformation and design new workflows - Identify and implement process improvement opportunities - Design methodologies for process assessments and value stream mapping - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation - Collaborate with stakeholders and Fintech teams on digital solutions - Establish metrics to measure process efficiency and success - Coach and mentor team members on finance optimization projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline - 5-7 years of experience in Finance Process improvement consulting or in-house Finance Operation Excellence - Solid understanding of Finance processes, especially R2R, O2C, and P2P - Experience in Business Process Management and Lean Six Sigma certification - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Note: Experience in E-commerce industry is a plus.
