Job Description

Position:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
Assist with
invoicing, billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Support
bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking
Help with
GST, TDS, PF/ESI
and other statutory compliance tasks (training provided)
Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly
financial reports, MIS, and audits
Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with CA, auditors, and internal finance teams
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams

Government-related Work:

Assist in preparing and submitting documents for government-related activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Liaise with government departments as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Knowledge of basic statutory compliance and government documentation preferred
