Job Description

Model N is hiring Finance Operations Analyst, Government Pricing , for our Business Services team. The Analyst will report to the Manager, Government Pricing, and will be responsible for completing all periodic (monthly, quarterly, and annual) government pricing requirements for clients within mandated timelines, as well as supporting the setup and maintenance of client transaction-level data. Key duties include working on key workstreams related to data management, system utilization, report generation, and source data reconciliation, along with contributing to process improvements Job Responsibilities Ensure periodic calculation requirements are met within mandated timelines. Manage ongoing client relationships and interface w/ clients to resolve specific issues. Ensure the accuracy of calculation results based on the analysis associated with customer data. Prepare monthly and quarterly client deliverables. Calculate government prices for the federal drug programs including Best Price (BP), Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Average Sales Price (ASP), Public Health Service/340B (PHS/340B), Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (NFAMP), Federal Ceiling Price/Federal Supply Schedule (FCP/FSS), Perform monthly client data reconciliations. Create detailed calculation tie-backs as necessary. Attend/Conduct internal training sessions to improve Government Pricing Calculation knowledge. Assist the Government Pricing teams with various GP related project activities. Assist Managers in new customer onboarding. Facilitate monthly/quarterly GP-calc huddles. Contribute to practice development efforts as required such as identifying opportunities, working on process optimizations, etc. Ability to work independently with less direct supervision. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Job Qualifications 2-5 years of related worked experience managing and processing data, preferred. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry, preferred. Preference to accounting, finance, business majors. Ability to continually build detailed subject matter expertise in Government Reporting Compliance. Must be able to comprehend and/or learn complex government compliance requirements and retain, build upon and apply this knowledge daily. High degree of analytical skills. Experience working in mandated deadline environment. Effective management of multiple client assignments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to clients and internal stakeholders. High accuracy rate and attention to detail. Ability to work with software packages, Excel (required), and Word. Ability to own workstreams and produce client-ready deliverables to a high-level professional clientele, with minimal supervision. Ability to understand and deal with large amounts of data. Ability to work in a team setting.
