Finance Manager/Accounts Manage/Accountant

We are looking for a Finance Manager/Accounts Manager/Accountant for our companies at Kochi,Kerala.

The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1-2 years in the Finance/Accounting Field

Minimum Qualification: B.Com or M.Com in Accounting/Finance/CA Inter/CMA Inter

Key Responsibilities

The candidate should:

• have proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers.
• have the ability to prepare and finalize balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements.
• prepare bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliation.
• monitor and manage payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• file monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), annual returns, input tax credit reconciliation and ensure TDS Compliance.
• have basic understanding of corporate taxation and advance tax payments.
• coordinate with Company Secretary for ROC filings, board resolutions, and statutory compliance.
• coordinate with Statutory Auditor, finalise the accounts and prepare necessary documentation needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, and GST portal.
• Hands-on experience in taxation, finalization, and compliance filings.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: Rs. 17,500/- to Rs. 25,000/- per month based on experience and qualifications.
