Finance Manager

The Finance Manager position is a full-time role located on-site at our textile retail showroom in Karunagappaly, Kollam. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing financial processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making and drive business growth. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning. A comprehensive understanding of finance and managerial finance practices, as well as knowledge of accounting principles, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is crucial. While not mandatory, experience in the retail or textile industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is necessary for this position. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or their equivalent would be considered a plus.,
