Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure month-end close schedules are accurate, complete, and finalized within defined deadlines.
Oversee the timely completion of annual audits, including statutory, tax, and transfer pricing (TP) audits.
Prepare financial statements and audit schedules in accordance with accounting standards.
Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations
Ensure timely completion of tax audit, TP audit, and income tax return (ITR) filings.
Conduct monthly revenue and cost reviews with management and track deferred revenue movements.
Prepare and review month close schedules in line with month-close deadlines.
Manage GST and TDS compliances in accordance with statutory timelines.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports and provide financial insights as required by management
