Financial Planning & StrategyDevelop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making.Accounting & ComplianceEnsure accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).Implement and monitor internal financial controls.Budgeting & Cost ControlPrepare and manage budgets across departments.Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.Monitor cash flow and working capital management.Risk Management & Financial AnalysisConduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Analyze financial data to identify trends and business opportunities.Manage investments, loans, and capital expenditure planning.
