As we scale operations and engage with investors globally, we are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead our finance function in Bangalore.

What Youll Do:

Strategic Finance & Planning

• Drive strategic financial planning with the leadership team.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead internal financial reviews and help shape the companys growth roadmap.

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end accounting: general ledger, AR/AP, reconciliations, and monthly closures.
• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Manage external audits, tax filings, and support statutory, secretarial, and regulatory compliance.

Investor Relations & Fundraising

• Work closely with founders on capital raise initiativespreparing financial materials, pitch decks, and investor updates.
• Support ongoing investor communications with timely reporting and insights.
• Coordinate and support financial and legal due diligence processes during fundraising.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

• Collaborate with HR, operations, and project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and expenditures.
• Work with our Switzerland office to streamline cross-border financial operations and compliance.

Process & System Improvements

• Implement best practices in budgeting, financial controls, and expense management.
• Set up scalable systems for reporting, approvals, and procurement as we grow.

Vendor, Client & Grant Management

• Manage vendor payments, respond to client/vendor queries, and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist in the financial management of grants and projects, including compliance and reporting.

Governance & Board Support

• Prepare materials for board meetings and governance-related documentation.
• Track key financial and operational metrics for management dashboards.

Who You Are

Qualification: Semi-qualified CA or fully qualified CA; Bachelors in finance, commerce, or related field.

Experience: 48 years in accounting, FP&A, or startup finance roles (prior startup or VC-backed experience is a big plus).

Skills: Analytical mindset, systems-driven, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to agritech, deep tech, or hardware businesses is a plus but not required.
