Finance Manager - Pre IPO Journey

You will play a crucial role as a Finance Executive within our team, contributing significantly to the company's journey towards an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by ensuring compliance with IndAS and FEMA regulations, as well as consolidating financial statements of overseas subsidiaries. Your expertise in financial matters, keen eye for detail, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks: - Preparing the company for an IPO by conducting financial due diligence and creating financial models for valuation and forecasting. - Coordinating with investment bankers and legal counsel on IPO-related matters. - Leading the implementation of IndAS accounting standards and ensuring compliance across the organization. - Overseeing foreign exchange transactions to comply with FEMA regulations and managing foreign exchange risk. - Preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements for overseas subsidiaries and ensuring accurate reporting of financial performance. - Providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Managing and developing a team of finance professionals, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. - Designing and implementing comprehensive management information systems (MIS) for insightful business performance analysis. - Automating reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. To excel in this role, you should hold a Masters in Finance, be a Qualified CA or equivalent professional, and have a minimum of 5 years of finance experience with expertise in pre-IPO activities, IndAS implementation, and FEMA compliance. Strong knowledge of IndAS, advanced Excel skills, and excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this position.,
