You are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join a dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's pre-IPO journey, ensuring compliance with IndAS and FEMA regulations, and consolidating financial statements of overseas subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing the company for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), conducting financial due diligence, developing financial models for valuation and forecasting, and collaborating with investment bankers and legal counsel on IPO-related matters. You will also lead the implementation of IndAS accounting standards, ensure compliance, and establish internal controls to support IndAS requirements. Additionally, you will oversee foreign exchange transactions to ensure FEMA compliance, manage foreign exchange risk, and prepare consolidated financial statements for overseas subsidiaries. You will provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions, prepare budgets and forecasts, and conduct variance analysis. Managing a team of finance professionals, designing and implementing management information systems (MIS), and automating reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Masters in Finance, be a Qualified CA or hold an equivalent professional qualification, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with a focus on financial accounting and reporting. Experience in pre-IPO activities, IndAS implementation, and FEMA compliance will be advantageous. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and a strong understanding of IndAS are required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
