Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Accounting & Balance Sheet Finalization

Maintain complete books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
Finalize balance sheet, profit & loss account, and cash flow statements
Ensure accuracy of general ledger, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal, and tax audits

MIS & Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports for management
Track key financial metrics, variances, and performance indicators
Develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel
Provide insights on cost control, revenue trends, and profitability

FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecasts
Support financial modeling and scenario analysis
Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations
