Job Location - Chembur (Mumbai)

Job timings : 10:30-7:30 (Mon-Fri/Sat- WFH/Sunday -OFF)

Salary Budget : Upto 15-18 lacs P.A.

Role Overview

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Management Information Systems (MIS)

  • Prepare

    project-wise MIS

    covering sales, collections, costs, and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain

    company-wise and group-level MIS

    for consolidated reporting.
  • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses.
  • Support management with

    cash flow forecasts

    and

    scenario analysis

    .

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Assist in preparing

    fundraising documentation

    including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
  • Support due diligence processes by coordinating with bankers, NBFCs, investors, and legal advisors.
  • Ensure timely preparation of

    quarterly investor presentations

    with accurate financial and operational updates.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Build and maintain robust

    financial models

    for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Track sales pipeline, collections, and expense management to support decision-making.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Review and support preparation of

    legal and financial documentation

    for fundraising, investments, and banking.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all agreements, term sheets, and loan documents.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with project, sales, and operations teams to ensure accuracy of MIS.
  • Provide financial insights and support to the leadership team for strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and legal advisors as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel

    (advanced functions, financial modeling, scenario building).
  • Experience in preparing

    MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis

    .
  • Knowledge of

    fundraising processes

    , term sheets, loan documentation, and investor communications.
  • Ability to interpret and work with

    legal and financial documents

    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for investor and management interactions.

Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter.
  • 58 years of relevant experience in

    real estate, investment banking, NBFC, or corporate finance

    roles.
  • Prior exposure to

    fundraising, investor relations, or project finance

    is highly desirable.
