Finance Manager - MIS

As a Finance Manager at Flipspaces, you will play a crucial role in managing investor relations, fundraising initiatives, and treasury management while ensuring accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) tailored for various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and review MIS reports for investors, bankers, board members, and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate with teams to gather necessary data for MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Initiate and manage fundraising activities by liaising with investment bankers, conducting due diligence, and completing transactions smoothly. - Secure short-term and long-term loan facilities, negotiate terms, and oversee documentation process for compliance. - Maintain communication with bankers and investors, providing updates on financial activities and addressing queries. - Collaborate with internal departments to optimize treasury management strategies and enhance financial performance. - Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory developments related to investor relations, fundraising, and treasury management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Preferred Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in investor relations and fundraising. - Strong financial acumen, understanding of capital markets, and proficiency in financial modeling. - Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team environment.
