Finance Manager

Role

Will be responsible for Financial Accounting / Finalisation of Accounts / MIS reports

Key Responsibilities-

• Meeting the Groups financial and statutory reporting requirements and delivery of Financial Statements

and MIS on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

• Oversee the monthly closure of books of all entities of the Group in line with the relevant accounting standards and within the Group deadlines.
• Directing and overseeing all aspects of accounting operations and transactions related to general ledger, invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll, etc.
• Developing and implementing best-in-class accounting practices and processes.
• End to end planning, coordination and execution of all internal, tax and statutory audit requirements.

Must Haves:

• CA ( 1-2 years ) / CA Inter with 4-5 years of experience / M.Com or MBA ( Finance ) with 7-8 years of experience.
• Preferably from IT/ITES companies.
• Should be capable of handling Audits and liasoning with Banks
• Working knowledge of accounting standards
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
• Good oral and written communication
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to turn around things quickly
• Commitment and flexibility to work to tight and demanding deadlines
