Job Description

Role Overview: As a Finance Executive, your role will involve maintaining books of accounts, conducting day to day banking and accounts operations, reconciling bank statements, monitoring revenue and expenses, ensuring Tally updation and MIS reporting, preparing annual budgets, and managing the organization's budget effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining a proper balance position to avoid deficits, coordinating with CA and Tax Department, resolving tax-related issues, deducting proper Tax at Source, and forecasting cash flow positions and investment needs. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain books of accounts - Conduct day to day banking and accounts operations - Reconcile bank statements - Monitor revenue and expenses - Ensure Tally updation & MIS reporting - Prepare annual budgets - Manage the organization's budget - Coordinate with CA, Tax Department, etc. and resolve tax-related issues - Deduct proper Tax at Source - Forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for investment Qualification Required: - MBA-Finance or M.Com - Experience: 2-3 years Additional Details: - Key Skills required: Tally, GST Filing, TDS, PF, ESI, Excel - Male candidates are preferred - Bike mandatory for bank purposes Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the work location being in person.,
