Role Overview

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
  
• Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, imports, logistics, and procurement
  
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts & cash flow
  
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights for decision-making
  
• Strengthen internal financial controls and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
  

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• Experience:

  Must have prior experience in a

  multinational organisation (MNC)

• Education:

  Schooling

  and

  undergraduate degree with

  English as the medium of instruction

• Location:

  Must be a resident of Delhi NCR or willing to relocate

• Qualifications:

  CA, CPA, ACCA or strong candidates with

  CA Inter or M.Com

  will also be considered

Desired Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong understanding of Indian statutory and tax regulations
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics
• Ability to manage a tight knit team and cross communicate in a matrix organisation
