Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage monthly financial reports including income statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead the development of revenue projections and the annual operating plan.
• Monitor financial benchmarks and implement financing strategies as needed.
• Manage cash flow on a monthly basis to ensure adequate reserves.
• Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, refunds, cancellations, and taxation.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and analysis to support business growth.
• Liaise with external financial partners such as banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to offer insights and actionable financial recommendations.

Requirements

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in directly reporting to a CFO or VP Finance.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
