Finance Manager Construction / Real Estate Developer

As a Finance Manager for a construction and real estate development projects in Trivandrum, Kerala, your role will involve: - Overseeing accounting, MIS, and financial reporting for ongoing and upcoming projects. - Preparing and monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial discipline. - Managing fund flow, bank relationships, and project financing activities. - Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, RERA, and statutory audit requirements. - Conducting financial analysis and feasibility studies for new projects and investments. - Providing financial forecasts and supporting strategic decision-making. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com with 8+ years of experience. As a suitable candidate for this role, you should possess: - Strong knowledge of project accounting and real estate finance. - Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Excel-based financial modeling. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements in the construction sector. - Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
