Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Kuwait Industry: Construction Experience Required: Minimum 3 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our construction business in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards. Monitor project budgets, cost control, and ensure alignment with company financial objectives. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Oversee payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and tax compliance. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Implement financial strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
