Finance Manager- Accounts Payable

Role Overview: At Porter, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 members and overseeing various financial activities. Your role will include handling monthly invoice volumes, ensuring accuracy in vendor invoice processing, managing month-end activities, and overseeing the Purchase Order & Vendor master management. Additionally, you will standardize ERP reports for efficient AP reporting, ensure accuracy in accounting, and uphold internal controls in the AP process. You will also be required to manage auditors" queries on AP data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 8-10 members - Handle monthly invoice volumes of 5k+ invoices - Ensure timeliness & accuracy of vendor invoice processing - Maintain accuracy of month-end provisions - Ensure timely closure of month-end activities - Manage Fixed Asset Register (FAR) - Oversee Purchase Order & Vendor master management - Standardize ERP reports for efficient AP reporting - Ensure accuracy in accounting - Ensure adherence to internal controls in the AP process - Manage Auditors" queries on AP data Qualification Required: - Well versed with ERP, preferably with Oracle - Proficient in stakeholder management - Strong MIS skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Good communication skills About Porter: At Porter, we are dedicated to moving a billion dreams by creating the most trusted, efficient, and seamless logistics platform in India.
