Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

  processes in alignment with business goals and growth plans.
• Conduct

  comprehensive financial analysis

  , including variance analysis, P&L management, and cost optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to

  drive strategic initiatives

  and support decision-making through financial insights.
• Manage

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  with accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate

  business performance and investment opportunities

  using data-driven models.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on

  capital allocation, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives.

• Support

  automation and process improvement

  within financial systems and reporting workflows.
• Contribute to

  M&A evaluations, due diligence, and financial integration

  (for senior/lead roles).
• Ensure adherence to

  financial policies, internal controls, and global compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA / CA / CPA preferred).
• 210 years of experience in Finance Management, FP&A, Business Finance, or Strategy roles.
• Strong grasp of

  financial modeling, analysis tools, and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Proven ability to interpret data and provide

  strategic recommendations

  to leadership.
• Experience working in

  cross-border or multi-entity financial environments

  preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• For senior roles: demonstrated experience in

  team leadership, strategic planning, and financial governance.
