Global Program Management Office (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage

  strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives

  aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
• Lead

  end-to-end program lifecycle

  from planning and execution to delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee

  multiple interdependent projects

  , ensuring alignment of objectives, resources, and timelines across teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of digital initiatives.
• Track program metrics, KPIs, and outcomes to ensure

  data-backed governance and accountability

• Develop and maintain

  program documentation, dashboards, and executive reports

• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively drive resolution of cross-team challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in

  Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
• 210 years of experience in

  Program Management, Project Delivery, or PMO leadership

  within tech-driven industries.
• Proven experience managing

  large-scale, cross-functional, or global digital programs

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Agile / Scrum frameworks, project governance, and delivery methodologies

  .
• Hands-on experience using tools like

  JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project

  .
• Excellent

  stakeholder and change management

  skills with the ability to influence across regions and functions.
• For senior or lead roles: demonstrated expertise in

  program governance, risk management, and mentoring delivery teams

  .
