As part of the Finance Leadership Development Program at Eaton, based in India, you will have the opportunity to develop into a future finance leader and gain a comprehensive understanding of accounting, finance, and Eaton's various businesses. The program is structured to provide you with two years of development assignments, including a one-year assignment in a combination of Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Corporate Entity to equip you with hands-on experience to kickstart your career. Throughout the program, you will work on various finance domain areas such as financial analysis, capital allocation decision support, cost accounting, consolidated financial reporting, and internal control & governance. Upon completion of the program, you will be ready to take on finance professional roles in manufacturing or professional services. In this role, you will work on multiple high-learning assignments/locations during the two-year program. You will be involved in developing, implementing, and continuously improving business processes and internal controls from a financial systems perspective. Additionally, you will assist in financial planning, perform financial analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and participate in various training activities to enhance your technical and leadership competencies. Furthermore, you will drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures, advocate for strong internal control and corporate governance, and share best practices across different locations. Qualifications: - Qualified MBA/ICWAI/CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification relevant experience with big MNC/big 4 - Sound finance conceptual knowledge and experience working in a matrix organization - Good performance track record Skills: - Ability to adapt to change and collaborate with multiple stakeholders/teams - Strong communication skills at all levels - Influencing skills to drive effective results - Drive to learn, improve processes, and cascade best practices - Experience working in cross-functional teams with flexibility to relocate outside of Pune If you are a qualified candidate with the mentioned qualifications and skills, Eaton hopes to hear from you soon to join the Finance Leadership Development Program and kickstart your successful career journey with us.
