Role Overview

We are looking for a CA Article registered with ICAI to work closely with the CFO and finance team. This role provides hands-on exposure to fundraising, investor relations, accounting, compliance, financial modeling, and strategic finance, offering strong learning aligned with corporate finance and CFO office functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Investor Support

● Assist in preparation of pitch decks, teasers, Information Memorandums (IMs), and data rooms
● Support financial models including 3-statement models, projections, DCF, and sensitivity analysis
● Coordinate due diligence requirements with investors, VCs, advisors, and internal teams
● Track investor queries, information requests, follow-ups, and MIS updates
● Assist in valuation analysis and term sheet comparisons

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

● Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Ind AS / AS
● Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
● Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs actual analysis
● Support statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes

3. Compliance & Taxation

● Assist in GST, TDS, income tax returns, and related statutory filings
● Support ROC filings and maintenance of compliance documentation
● Maintain compliance calendars, checklists, and statutory records

4. CFO Office & Strategic Support

● Assist CFO in cash flow management and working capital analysis
● Support preparation of board meeting decks and management presentations
● Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic and business decisions
● Coordinate with bankers, auditors, consultants, and legal advisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

● CA Article registered with ICAI (mandatory)
● Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial statements, and taxation
● Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
● Working knowledge of financial modeling and valuation (preferred)
● Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
● High level of attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
● Keen interest in corporate finance, fundraising, or CFO office roles
