Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records, including ledgers and accounts.
• Support in day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Assist with payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance tasks.
• Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Tally and Excel.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in preparing month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by the team.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Fresh MBA (Finance) graduates or candidates pursuing CA-related courses.
• Basic knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a keen interest in finance and accounting operations.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
