About the Role:

Finance Head / Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire finance function of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards and company policies.
  
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance across departments.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  
• Manage statutory and internal audits, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC regulations.
  
• Supervise payroll, vendor payments, and procurement-related financial controls.
  
• Optimize working capital and monitor cash flow to support business operations.
  
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and cost-efficiency measures.
  
• Partner with management and ownership for strategic financial decisions.
  
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  Mandatory.

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience

  , including

  at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role

  within the

  hotel or hospitality industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  hotel accounting systems, Indian accounting standards, and financial reporting tools.

• Proficiency in

  SAP

  and

  Tally ERP / Oracle / Hotel PMS systems

  is

  required

  .
• Excellent financial planning, forecasting, and cost control capabilities.
  
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
