Finance & Grants Manager

Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee the full lifecycle of grants, subawards, and vendor contracts.

✔ Ensure donor compliance and timely fund disbursement.

✔ Collaborate with national partners to streamline execution.

✔ Support proposal budgeting and financial documentation.

✔ Build systems to track deliverables and improve turnaround.

Qualification

✅ Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field

✅ 2-3 years in nonprofit grants/contracts management

✅ Good communication skills
