Role Overview: You are a seasoned Functional COE Lead with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Financials. As a strategic leader within the consulting organization, you will define delivery excellence, solution governance, and functional innovation across Oracle ERP engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and lead the Functional Center of Excellence for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials. - Define and enforce delivery standards, templates, and best practices for Oracle ERP functional workstreams. - Build and maintain knowledge repositories, accelerators, and reusable artifacts for rapid solution delivery. - Provide functional governance and quality assurance across multiple client engagements. - Track-wise Functional Manager across regions. - Provide leadership in the area of functional expertise and offer guidance for project-specific/industry-specific/module-specific issues. - Act as the functional SME and advisor for complex ERP implementations, upgrades, and cloud transformations. - Guide clients on best-fit functional solutions aligning with business needs and industry practices. - Collaborate with sales and bid teams to drive pre-sales solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations. - Mentor and guide functional consultants across Oracle Financials modules. - Provide leadership for large-scale Oracle ERP transformation projects, especially migrations from EBS to Oracle Cloud. - Ensure end-to-end functional consistency across project phases. - Support change management and user enablement efforts from a functional perspective. - Understand client's requirements and customize solutions to satisfy customer needs. - Provide Key Business solutions on Project Deliveries. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or CPA is a plus. - 15+ years of functional experience in Oracle ERP, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). - Experience in a consulting/services environment delivering solutions to external clients. - Strong expertise across core financial modules and business processes. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and influence solution decisions. - Familiarity with implementation methodologies (OUM, AIM) and tools. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
