Job Description

• Sales Invoicing generation in D365 and sending to Logistics, Warehouse & Planning Dept for Shipment

• Monthly A/R run for collection & follow up

• Follow-up with customers for payment on mail & phones, AP payment and export queries

• Entering Receipt entries in D365 for collection USD & INR

• Closure of EDPMS & IDPMS

• Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Monthly GST Data Preparation for Filling GSTR-1 & GST3B

• Monthly MIS related work

• Monthly cash flow statement

• Preparing MSME related half yearly returns

• Yearly Income Tax related work

• Yearly GST audit related work

• Yearly data for Annual Performance Report of Seepz customs

• Lodging & settlement of Export documents on bank online portal

• Yearly RBI data related work

• Filing of GST returns

• Preparing Balance Sheet & P & L account with schedules as per Companies Act

• Finalization of accounts

  Mumbai- Andheri (East), SEEPZ.

• Experience Required:

  5-10 Yrs

• Qualification:

  Bachelors/masters degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of month-end closing, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in handling audit support activities and dealing with auditors.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g M-365 Dynamic or similar ERP systems or tally).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scrutinize expenses and detect discrepancies.
• Expertise in Excel for reporting, data analysis, and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors, internal stakeholders, and auditors.
