Strong understanding of D365 FO table structures or Oracle Apps R12 table structures. Experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML. Familiarity with EDI tools such as SPS Commerce (Vantage Point), Sterling Integrator, BizTalk, or similar. Experience working with ERP integration (D365 FO or Oracle Apps R12). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Manage EDI transactions, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain EDI mappings, ensuring compliance with business and trading partner requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and trading partners, to enhance EDI operations. Ensure integration between EDI systems and D365 FO tables or Oracle Apps R12 tables for accurate data processing. Support onboarding of new EDI trading partners and enhance existing EDI configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve EDI errors, working proactively to improve system reliability. Document EDI processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Monitor EDI system performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
