Job Description

We are hiring forProduction Engineerat SEEPZ, Andheri East.

Experience:

Education:

Responsibilities:

Establish and / or adjust work procedures and plans to meet production schedules
Meet the targets set by management and drive CIP (improvement) on production lines
Balance production line with labor allocation to achieve set out put as per cycle time
Develop, coach Performance, motivate and provide direction to team members
Resolve day-to-day production and team issues
Drive corrective action meetings and resolutions for continuous improvement
Perform production lines audits and related corrective action
Participate and /or lead special projects or business meetings if necessary
Interface with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met
Track and report on production, ship schedules, wip, labor and product movement
Ensure accuracy of manufacturing metrics reports, customer reports, conduct data analysis and review productions reports
Kit closing and material accuracy, Inventory control.
