Finance Executive

As a Finance Executive at Unicorn Vending, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping, managing vendor and client accounts, and supporting financial operations to keep our vending business running smoothly. Your attention to detail, drive, and passion for numbers will be instrumental in contributing to the future of automated retail in the fast-evolving food-tech and vending machine industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and vendors in a timely and accurate manner. - Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and petty cash. - Tax Compliance: Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Financial Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and aging analysis for management. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensure compliance with audit requirements. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and sales teams to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. - 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG, retail, or service industry. - Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books or any accounting software. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. - Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. - Good communication skills (written and verbal).
