Who are we looking for?

Designation: Finance Executive
Work Experience: 1 yearRemuneration: As per industry standards

Key Mandatory Skills

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in Tally • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations in Tally

• Execute adjustment entries in Tally as and when required

• Perform TDS and GST due calculations every month

• Ensure GST and TDS are paid by the company in a timely manner

• Maintaining a clear and concise log of pro forma invoices, petty cash book, and release orders as issued by the company

• On boarding various vendors

• Getting in touch with clients in case of payments delay

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

• Assist senior accountants and C.A. in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

• Assist with other accounting projects

Additional Skills

a. Deep understanding of Tally – shortcuts, features, etc.

b. Ability to go through lots of data and organize the same quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
