Finance Executive

What you will be doing:

Tax Compliance and Regulatory Filings

• Handle TDS computation, deduction, and timely payments for vendors, employees, and contractors
• Manage GST calculations, reconciliations, payments, and return filings with auditors or Chartered Accountants
• Track statutory due dates and ensure full regulatory compliance

Financial Accounting and Controls

• Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate books of accounts aligned with accounting standards
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor fund movements

Audit, MIS, and Reporting Support

• Support tax and statutory audits by preparing financial data and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors to resolve queries and close audit requirements
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly management reports

Planning, Coordination, and Ownership

• Support fund requirement planning and financial reviews
• Work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams
• Own assigned finance processes and drive process improvements

What we expect from you:

• Comprehensive knowledge of GST, TDS, financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L), GST returns, and Tax Audit procedures
• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances
• Proficient in MS Excel, with working knowledge of Tally or ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet timelines independently

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred)
