Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a passion for financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and follow-up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and petty cash.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits and help prepare required documentation.
• Assist in tax and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Maintain and update the accounting software with current data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,780.62 - ₹35,084.87 per month
