What is the role?

Finance Assistant / Executive will be responsible for compliances under Indirect Taxes of PAN India (12 States). He/She will be responsible for consolidations and reconciliation of Ewaybills,

Input Tax Registers & GST Returns.

Key Responsibilities & Goals:

  • GST Computation, payment of taxes and Return Filing i.e. Form 3B and GSTR 1.
  • Timely reconciliation of Form 3B with GSTR 2A & 2B and taking appropriate ITC in Returns &

Books of Accounts.

  • Issuance of e-waybill and tracking utilization.
  • Issuance of Delivery Challans and tracking utilization.
  • Assistance in Annual Return.
  • Assistance in GST Assessments.
  • Assistance in reply of Notices received from GST Authority.
  • Books Keeping and archival of old records.

What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?

  • Must be commerce Graduate.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Taxes.
  • Good knowledge of Indirect Tax Laws.
  • Good interpretation skills of Law.
  • Strong Computer knowledge of MS Office with strong hand in Excel.
  • Capable to perform under pressure and can handle PAN India Compliances.
  • Must be good team player.
