Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining financial statements, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and report on cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and audits.
• Provide management with financial analysis and MIS reports for decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
