Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee
Collections & Recovery
processes for COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions.
Handle reconciliation of COD amounts and ensure timely settlements.
Track outstanding payments, follow up with stakeholders, and reduce overdue cases.
Monitor recovery performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
Work closely with hub operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth financial closure.
Generate reports on collections, recoveries, and discrepancies.
Support audits and compliance for COD collections.
Lead and guide a small team in finance recovery operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong background in
collections, recovery, and COD operations
.
Prior experience in
Logistics / E-commerce industry
is mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reconciliation.
Good communication skills in
local language
and Hindi/English.
Analytical mindset with ability to handle high-volume transactions.

Qualifications:

Any Graduation (Finance/Commerce preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum
13 years of relevant experience
in collections and recovery.
Must carry a
personal laptop
for the interview.
Immediate joiners preferred.
