Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing financial reporting, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the finance team in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Support tax preparation, filings, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Assist in identifying areas of cost-saving opportunities and improving financial processes.
