Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations.
Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial data.
Support in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
Handle bank reconciliations and vendor/customer payments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors and help in audit documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support the finance team in data entry, analysis, and other administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Basic Accounting Knowledge
(Journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, etc.)
Understanding of Financial Statements
(Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
Knowledge of MS Excel
(Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Familiarity with Tally / ERP / SAP
(basic working knowledge preferred)
Analytical and Numerical Skills
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Good Communication Skills
(written and verbal)
Time Management and Organization Skills
Team Collaboration and Professional Attitude

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
(B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA Finance, etc.)
0–1 year
of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (internship experience counts).
Basic understanding of
GST, TDS, and general taxation
(added advantage).

Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in building a long-term career in finance and accounts.
