Job Summary: The Airport Executive ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for clients at the airport, handling transfers, coordinating logistics, and providing essential information to ensure clients travel experiences start on the right note. Role Overview: As the face of Distinct Destinations at the airport, the Airport Executive meets and greets arriving guests, providing efficient, personalized service to set a positive tone for their visit. This role plays a key part in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the company's reputation for exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Handling: Meet and greet guests per assigned duties, providing a friendly, professional welcome. Follow company SOPs to ensure guest comfort and a memorable experience. Assist with arrival and departure transfers, including hotel check-ins/check-outs. Brief guests on their tour itinerary as required. Prepare paging boards for transfers, and reconfirm flight, hotel, and vehicle details before departure. 2. Operational Support: Conduct vehicle quality checks per checklist requirements. Carry required amenities for each assignment. Ensure timely, accurate information flow to the Operations team. Gather and relay client feedback to improve service quality. 3. Material and Equipment Handling: Oversee the movement of materials like client gifts, event supplies, and promotional items. 4. Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues such as delays or cancellations promptly to ensure smooth operations. 5. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records for travel services and manage stock replenishment as needed. 6. Customer Support: Offer on-ground support, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable client experience. 7. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics operations meet legal, safety, and company standards. Education: Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism or related field (completed or in progress). Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability for handling unexpected situations. Basic knowledge of airport operations and protocols is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Additional language skills are beneficial, particularly for international client communication.
