- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter / MBA
Finance is a plus) - 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. - Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Experience with accounting tools like Tally, Xero, or similar. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.) - Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
