Position: Finance Counsellor

Role Purpose:

Timing: 8-4 and 11-7pm (when one is on leave 10 to 6)

1. Explaining to the patients and relatives estimates for procedures, other

treatments, The billing tariff, Deposits, pharmacy deposits, etc.

2. Explaining to the patient the mode payments, the frequency of deposits

and the procedure to be followed after NEFT/RTGS/ google pay etc. providing

them with the Bank details.

3. Guide the patients in TPA Billing

3. Preparing estimation letters.

4. While counseling the patient on the tariff if the patient is economically weaker

guide them to Medical social workers.

5. Frequently checking the bills of the patient to know the correctness of

the approximate cost that is explained to the patients.

6. Preparation of Packages

7. At the time of Revision of charges preparing a comparative study of the

charges and presenting to the management to take appropriate revision.

8. Twice a month auditing the files of the patients to check the accuracy of the

Bill

9. Attending and participating in meetings, training, and presentations.

10. In the absence of less personal or if work load is more help billing department to prepare the bills

Skills : Customer Service Experience, Data Entry, High level of responsibility, leadership skills and organization, Ability to efficiently run cashier stations
