Position-Finance Controller
Location-Anna Nagar or Shenoy Nagar Chennai
Work of Finance Department
1 Final check point on all payments made across the group
2. 100% accurate accounting and MIS as per the management requirements
3. 100% compliance on income tax, GSt and other laws
4. Proper control over board resolutions and filings with RoC and MoCA
5. Keep track of cashflow projections / actual cashflow statements and P&L of the business divisions
6. Project / make for group as 100% professional company during any key investor due diligences on Funding and Audit
